UK: Customer ordered ‘mi-kit’ through app, in return company sent ‘bottle full of urine’

Lockdown is currently in force in the UK in view of Coronavirus infection. In such a situation, many people are using the home delivery app to convince the important items of the house. A person was dispensed a bottle full of urine upon ordering Meal-Kit through one such app. After this, the company that did so had to apologize. This company, named HelloFresh, delivers mile-kits to many countries of the world including Britain. This meal kit includes vegetables, meat and beverages.

The customer named Oliver MaManus ordered the meal kit through HelloFresh. But they found a yellow liquid liquid filled with a mi-kit in a bottle. McManus told that I was very surprised to know that such a big company is now starting to deliver food filled bottles along with food delivery. He told that I immediately separated the bottle from the food items and took a picture of it.

Customer tweets and asks company to reply

McManus then tweeted the picture of the bottle and asked the company, ‘HelloFresh UK, I keep it very simple. Why have I received someone’s urine in a stuffed bottle with my order? I am waiting for your reply on this. He further said, ‘Give me your address. If you have any doubt about my words, then I send it to you so that you will realize it. At the same time, in response to this, the company’s social media team said, ‘We have no words to tell you how sad we are because of this.’

The company apologized and said this

HelloFresh said in a statement, ‘We are really scared of this incident. We regret that the offending item was delivered to the customer. Looking at the totally unacceptable case, we are immediately investigating how this bottle was delivered to an open box along with our delivery company. We have apologized directly to McManus. We are working to ensure that whatever happens does not happen again. ‘ At the same time, some Twitter users also enjoyed the company on this matter.
