Honestly, all the data coming out, they are pointing to the fact that new cases are increasing. However, Italy’s Higher Institute of Health appealed to people to stay in their homes. But when the weather became pleasant in Italy after a severe winter, a large number of people came out of their homes.
The areas were divided into ‘Orange’, ‘Yellow’ and ‘Red’
There was an increase in variant cases on Sunday. Authorities have identified three areas where there is a possibility of more than a slight danger. So far, out of the total 20 areas, there are nine areas which have been kept in the ‘Orange’ category. At the same time, the remaining 11 areas were kept in the ‘Yellow’ category. The ‘Orange’ category means that a ban applies to people living here. Restaurants and bars have been closed in these areas. Some areas have been divided into ‘Red’ category, where the effect of the virus is highest.
2.9 million infected in Italy
As of Sunday, the total number of people who died due to Corona in Italy was 95,718. At the same time, 29 lakh coronaviruses have been affected in Italy so far. Vaccination against Corona has now started in the country. A large number of people are being vaccinated. Apart from this, priority is being given to elderly people and health workers in vaccination.
