Mindtree
Mindtree’s profit grew 37.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 471.6 crore in Q1FY23. At the same time, there was a growth of 36.2 percent in revenue on a yearly basis and it became Rs 3121.1 crore. The order book stood at $57 million, which is the highest.
Infosys
Infosys has informed that the company will acquire Denmark-based Base Life Sciences for about 110 million euros (Rs 875 crore) in a cash deal. This acquisition will further strengthen the company’s expertise in the field of life sciences.
Sanofi India
Sanofi India has said that on July 26, the Board of Directors will consider the declaration of One Time Special Interim Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2022. The record date for interim dividend has been fixed as August 8.
HDFC
HDFC will issue bonds on a private placement basis on Friday to raise up to Rs 5000 crore. The interest rate on Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) will be 7.77 per cent, payable annually. Its duration will be 4 years 11 months and 10 days.
Tata Power Company
Tata Power said that its subsidiary TP Saurya has received a ‘letter of award’ from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The company will set up a 600 MW hybrid (wind and solar) power project for SECI in Karnataka. The project will be commissioned within 24 months from the PPA execution date.
Hindustan Zinc
Hindustan Zinc has said that the board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 21 per share for the financial year 2022-23, which is Rs 8,873.17 crore. The record date for payment of interim dividend is July 21.
