RELIANCE in focus

Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Ltd (RSBVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, RIL, has said in a statement on Sunday that it has held an additional equity stake in Skytran Inc (SkyTran Inc) (Additional Equity Stake) is purchased. RSBVL reported that Reliance’s shareholding in skyTran has increased to 54.46 percent with a new investment of $ 26.76 million. Earlier, Reliance had acquired a 12.7 per cent stake in Skytran in October 2018, which has now increased to 54.46 per cent.

Focus on APL APOLLO / APOLLO TRICOAT

APL Apollo Tubes will merge 2 subsidiaries. Shri Lakshmi Metal Udyog and Apollo Tricoat Tubes will merge. The merger of the two subsidiaries has received board approval. Apollo Tricoat will hold 10.8 per cent stake in APL Apollo while APL Apollo will get 1 share on 1 share of Apollo Tricoat. Deals at 16% premium to the current price of Apollo Tricoat

The 4G spectrum auction of 2251Mhz will start from today. The government has a target of Rs 3.92 lakh crore in spectrum.

Private Hospital in Focus

The corona vaccination will start in a private hospital from today. The price of corona vaccine in a private hospital has been fixed at Rs 250. There will be Rs 150 vaccine and Rs 100 service charge. Private hospitals will not be able to purchase vaccines directly from companies.
