The company has received orders worth Rs 1188 crore from the Ministry of Defense. This agreement is for Milan-2T Anti-Tank Guided Missiles. The company will hand over the Milan-2T Anti-Tank Guided Missiles to the Indian Army.

The company has raised prices of Lump Ore by 5 per cent to Rs 5350 per tonne. The prices of fines have been increased by around 2.4 per cent to Rs 4310 per tonne. In March, the company has changed prices 2 times.

BEML, EoI submission today

Today is the last day for the initial bid submission for BEML’s strategic divestment. According to sources, the government is getting good responses. GOVT wants to sell 26% stake in BEML.

Focus on CYIENT

The Vanguard Group has bought 15.36 lakh shares at a price of Rs 660.13 per share. Integrated Core Strategies has sold 7.18 lakh shares at a price of Rs 659.68 per share.


The company has tied up to buy the entire stake in SkyPower Global. SkyPower Global is a Canadian company. SkyPower Global has a 50MW plant in Telangana. 317 crore stake in SkyPower Global to be purchased. Adani Green renewable power capacity is 3395 m.

Focus on TCS

The company has announced a salary increase for FY22. Salary will increase for the second time in the last 6 months. The change in salary will come into effect from April 2021. TCS has increased salaries by 12–14 per cent in the last 6 months.


The delisting process of the company has got the approval of BSE, NSE. Delisting offer will be open from 24-31 March. The floor price for the delisting process has been fixed at 63.77 / Sh.


The mall will have a visitor’s Rapid Antigen test. 400 Rapid Antigen tests will be done daily. The Rapid Antigen Test will be charged from the visitor. There are 30500 new Corona cases reported in Maharashtra yesterday.

PRIVATE HOSPITALS:Max Health, Fortis, Apollo, Narayana

Private hospitals of BMC have been instructed to increase bed capacity. BMC has asked to increase the capacity to about 5000 beds. The PCMP has asked 40 hospitals to have 2800 bed reserves. Instructions have been given to increase bed capacity due to increasing cases of corona.

Dinanath Dubhashi has been reappointed as MD & CEO. He will hold the post of MD & CEO till 13 April 2026.
