TCS
Leading IT company TCS’s revenue grew 16.2 percent year-on-year to Rs 52,758 crore. Whereas in terms of constant currency, revenue has increased by 15.5%. The company’s profit grew 5.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 9,478 crore, but operating margin declined 2.4 per cent to 23.1 per cent.
Avenue Supermarts
D-Mart operator Ave’s profit increased 6 times to Rs 642.89 crore in the June quarter. The company had made a net profit of Rs 95.36 crore in the April-June quarter of a year ago.
Tata Motors
Tata Motors said that the company has increased the prices of its passenger vehicle range with immediate effect to partially offset the impact of rising cost. The weighted average increase of 0.55 per cent in prices has come into effect from Saturday.
HDFC
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has approved the merger of subsidiaries HDFC Investments Limited and HDFC Holdings Limited with HDFC. PFRDA has also given green signal to the merger of HDFC with HDFC Bank.
Bandhan Bank
Bandhan Bank said that the advance of the bank has increased by 20 percent from a year ago to Rs 96,649 crore till June 30. By the end of Q1 FY23, the total advance of the private sector bank has also increased by 20 percent to Rs 93,057 crore.
Dr Reddy’s Lab
Pharma major Dr Reddy’s has launched Fesoterodine Fumarate Extended Release Tablets in the US market. They are used in the treatment of some bladder related problems.
