Today, the stock fell to close at Rs 1917. The company’s board has decided to pay a dividend on 8.10% of non-convertible perpetual non-cumulative preference shares for fiscal year 2021.

The face value of non-convertible perpetual non-cumulative preference shares is Rs 5. Its duration is from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021.

Titan Company

The company’s shares closed at Rs 1492.05 on March 15. The company’s jewelery revenue grew in the December quarter. On a year-on-year basis, income from jewelery is 15.5 per cent of the total revenue.

Prior to this, the company’s revenue had declined in three quarters. The company has partnered with Montblanc India Retail Private Limited and is a JV company of Montblanc Company since 12 March 2021.

Tech Mahindra

Shares of the company closed 2 per cent higher at Rs 1027 per share on Monday 15 March. The IT company said that it is preparing to buy a stake in the Irish company.

Ahluwalia Contracts

The company got a contract to build a government guest house in Bodh Gaya after which its shares have closed at Rs 305.15 on Monday 15 March. The company has received this order of 128 crores.

The order was received from the Building Construction Department of Bihar. The total order flow of the company in FY 2021 is Rs 2,214.44 crore.
