Gainers Losers: Markets closed in red mark on the first trading day of the week, these stocks were the biggest movement

The market closed with a fall on the first trading day of the week. Nifty made a new peak of 15915 today in intraday. But after that, there was pressure in the market, although the midcap stocks remained bullish.

At the end of trading, the Sensex closed at 52,735.59 today, down 189.45 points, or 0.36 percent. On the other hand, the Nifty closed at 15,814.70, down 45.65 points or 0.29 per cent.

Sugar stocks rally| The sweetness of sugar stocks was seen increasing today due to reduction in crushing due to rain in Brazil. Today UTTAM in 20% then wana I got an upper circuit of 5%. Andhra Sugar also ran 10%. DHARANI And SIMBHAOLI Doubled in a month. Crushing has decreased in the central-south region of Brazil. Crushing in the first fortnight of June has been less by 14%. Difficulty in harvesting due to rain has reduced crushing.

Thyrocare| Thyrocare has seen profit recovery due to the deal on the discount. Today the stock has slipped more than 8%. ONLINE PHARMACY COMPANY PHARMEASY has announced the purchase of THYOCARE. An agreement has been signed to take 66% stake for about Rs 4500 crore. The company will also bring OPEN OFFER at a price of Rs 1300 per share.

ISGEC Heavy Engineering | CMP: Rs 738.70 | Today, this stock saw a gain of 20 percent after the strong results of the fourth quarter. In Q4FY21, the company has made a profit of Rs 63.4 crore as against Rs 13.2 crore on a year-on-year basis. During this period, the company’s earnings have also seen an increase of 4 percent.

Escorts | CMP: Rs 1,202.35 | The company’s agri machinery division Escorts Agri Machinery (EAM) has said that it will increase the prices of its tractors from July 1 in view of rising commodity prices. Due to this news, today the stock closed with a gain.

Power Mech | CMP: Rs 707.50 | The stock rallied 5 per cent today on reports of a massive order of Rs 9,294.14 crore from Coal India’s subsidiary Central Coal Fields.

ONGC | CMP: Rs 122.55 | In intraday trading today i.e. June 28, ONGC’s stock gained more than 2 percent. In intraday today, it has touched a high of Rs 124.50 and a low of Rs 122.30. The company has presented its results for the quarter ended March 2021. According to which the company has made a standalone profit of Rs 6,734 crore during this period as compared to a loss of Rs 3,214 crore in the same quarter last year. CLSA has also raised its target from Rs 105 to Rs 165 while increasing the buy rating of ONGC. CLSA has said in its report that formula based gas prices may see an increase of 145 percent in the next nine months. The company will also benefit from further increase in oil prices.

Indraprastha Gas | CMP: Rs 534.70 | Due to the good results of the fourth quarter, there was an increase in this stock today. The company’s profit in Q4FY21 stood at Rs 331 crore and income at Rs 1,710.32 crore with a growth of 7.22 per cent. The company’s board has also announced a dividend of 180 per cent i.e. Rs 3.6 per share.

Dr Reddys Labs | CMP: Rs 5,404.80 | The company has launched a drug named 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) for the treatment of Covid-19. Due to this news, there was a gain of 1 percent in this stock.

RITES | CMP: Rs 276.90 | The company has received two projects worth Rs 749.67 crore from the Railway Board. Due to this news, the stock fell 2 per cent.

Barbeque-Nation | CMP: Rs 883 | The board has approved a proposal to raise about Rs 100 crore by issuing 11,77,855 shares to the company on a preferential basis. Today this stock has closed in red mark.
