According to experts, this is bad news for Raj Kundra because out of the 3 producers against whom FIR has been registered, 2 were also working for Raj Kundra’s company.
The case has been registered by a model who told that she was forced to act in a film with adult content. The model had approached the Mumbai Crime Branch and told that she was made to act in a film with adult content on the promise of a big budget film.
After hearing the whole matter, the crime branch had asked the model to register an FIR. Since this incident is from Malwani area, so case was also registered in Malwani police station. This case has been registered under sections 392, 393, 420 and 34 of IPC.
