In this company, Karan Johar’s mother Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Jekisandas Mehta and Karan Johar are as directors.

The Leave and License agreement of the second property was also registered on 25 August 2021. The renewal of its second lease has also been implemented from 1 May 2021. The Supreme Chambers has a total of 10 floors including the ground floor. The total area of ​​the building is about 250,000 square feet.
