In the financial year 2022, India’s leading IT companies are preparing to recruit an average of 30 percent more. Companies are preparing to recruit new due to the increasing demand, increasing digitization and increasing attrition in the IT sector. This year we can see 1.1 lakh new recruitments from big companies in the IT sector.
Considering the increasing demand and increasing attrition rate, IT companies are preparing to recruit a large number of new recruits this year. Infosys can recruit around 35000, Wipro around 12000, HCL around 2000-22000 and TCS around 40000.
Infosys has said that it will do 35,000 new recruitments this year i.e. in the financial year 2021-22. Let us tell you that last year the company had made 21000 new recruitments. Similarly, Wipro has said that it will do 12000 new recruitments in the current financial year, which was 33 percent more than last year.
HCL Tech has said that it will recruit 20,000-22,000 at present, which is almost 50 per cent more than last year’s 14,600. At the same time, TCS is preparing to recruit 40,000 passouts in the financial year. Let us tell you that last year the company had done the same number of new recruitments.
It is worth noting that in the June quarter, the top 4 IT companies have recruited 48,443 new recruits and they are preparing to recruit more in the coming quarter. With the increasing focus on digital, cloud and cyber security technologies, there is a growing demand for the IT sector in the market. Which is benefiting Indian IT companies.
Explain that in the June quarter, TCS has received new orders worth $ 8.1 billion. On the other hand, Infosys has got new orders worth $ 2.6 billion and Wipro $ 715 million. HCL Tech has got new deals worth $1.67 billion.
Companies need new people to fulfill these orders, for which we are getting new recruitments.
