What is trans fat?
Trans food is a harmful substance for health. It is also known as Trans Fatty Acid. Trans fats are harmful for our body and due to this many serious diseases also occur.
We can also call trans fat as bad fat. If you have a high amount of trans fat in your diet, it increases the amount of bad cholesterol (LDL – Low-density Lipoprotein) in the body and reduces the amount of good cholesterol (high-density Lipoprotein) which results in the risk of heart disease. Increases greatly.
These two types are: Natural Trans Fat is found in eggs etc. and Artificial Trans Fat – Processed edible oils, foods, packets in the artificial trans fat industry. Are found in closed foods etc. Heat the oil again and again also increases the number of artificial trans fat or harmful trans fat in it. Which are harmful for health.
