A spokesman of the state government said that CM Yogi said in the meeting that the need for oxygen concentrator has been expressed from some districts of the state. The Health Department has made oxygen concentrators available to the concerned districts today. Cooperation can also be sought from the central government to increase its availability.
The Chief Minister said that the relatives of Covid infected patients should be treated sensitively with due respect. He directed that the funeral procession should be conducted with full respect in accordance with the Covid protocol. CM Yogi said that with the cooperation of the central government, the state will soon receive one and a quarter lakh vials of Remedisvir. With this, the supply of Remeddivir in the state will be further arranged.
The Chief Minister also said that all necessary efforts are being made by the State Government to increase oxygen supply in accordance with the increasing demand. Currently the situation is fully controlled. He said that the condition of all small and big hospitals should be monitored at all times. CM Yogi stated that there is also no shortage of tankers / cylinders for the supply of liquid oxygen, yet, in view of the changing circumstances, the arrangement of additional tankers and cylinders should be ensured immediately.
