Taking a dig at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Thursday that when the election is over, Mamata Banerjee will also chant Jai Shri Ram. Addressing a rally in Cooch Behar in Bengal, Shah said that the atmosphere inside Bengal made it so difficult to speak Jai Shri Ram. Hey Mamata didi, Jai Shri Ram will not be spoken in Bengal, will it be spoken in Pakistan. He said that Mamata Banerjee will also speak Jai Shri Ram at the end of elections. Shah said that Mamata Banerjee does this only to get the vote of one community. Every religion will be respected in India.
Addressing the public meeting during the Parivartan Yatra in Coochbehar, Amit Shah said, “I am promising that Mamta didi will also speak Jai Shri Ram till the elections are over.” The former BJP president said that Modi ji has made a plan that if any one gets sick in the house of every poor, then the Modi government bears all the expenses up to five lakh. But you are not getting this plan, because Mamta didi does not like this scheme. Shah said that Mamta didi, now you cannot stop us from serving the poor. I tell you that you will not be able to stop us after May, because you will not be the Chief Minister.
During this, Shah announced that the Ayushman Bharat scheme would be implemented in West Bengal in a week as soon as the BJP government is formed. He said that Mamata and her nephew would not be able to stop the implementation of the Centre’s plans after May, along with those who killed BJP workers would be sent behind bars. The Union Home Minister said that the TMC and the Congress Party have done nothing for the development here, BJP’s government, Modi ji’s formula works by following the development of everyone.
