Realty firm Sobha has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to build a housing project in Chennai. Property consultant Sevilles India said in a statement that it has facilitated a joint development deal for 2.5 acres of land for the company.

GR Infraprojects
GR Infraprojects has completed the development of Purvanchal Expressway (Package-VII) from Mojrapur to Bijaura in Uttar Pradesh on EPC basis. The completion certificate has been issued by the Independent Engineer on 28 June and the project has been declared fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from 7 March 2022.
Biocon
Biocon said that it will acquire 26 per cent stake in AMPYR Renewable Energy Resources XI (AREREPL) for Rs 7.5 crore. AREREPL was incorporated on 13th April, 2021. It is a special purpose vehicle formed for the production and supply of solar energy. It will develop a solar power plant of 30 MW capacity at Benkenhall village in Karnataka.
Karnataka Bank
Karnataka Bank has increased the interest rates on deposits of less than Rs 2 crore to 5.50 per cent per annum. This will come into effect from July 1. The bank said it has increased deposit rates by 10 basis points (0.10 per cent) for deposits of 1-2 years as well as deposits above 2-5 years.
MTAR Technologies
Investor Fabmohr Advisors LLP has sold 61,855 equity shares or 0.2 per cent stake in MTAR through an open market transaction on June 28. With this, its stake in the company has come down to 0.79 per cent from 0.99 per cent earlier.
