Clean Science IPO: Issue Opened Today, Should You Invest?

Clean Science IPO: Analysts have given a buy call to the issue of specialty chemical company Clean Science and Technology. Considering the company’s strong and long association with multinational clients, good earnings record and strong return ratio, cost control, consistent innovation-R&D and positive industry outlook, this IPO is recommended investment.

The issue of the company is open today i.e. on 7th July and will close on 9th July. The issue price band of the company is Rs 880-900 per share.

Aastha Jain of Hem Securities says that the financial position of Clean Science & Technology is very good. The company enjoys market leadership in some of its products. The company has strong clients such as Bayer AG and SRF, Gennex Laboratories and Vinati Organics. Apart from this, the prospects of chemical industries are also looking strong, in view of which investment in clean science technology is advised.

He further said that both these IPOs look very good but if one has the money to invest in a single IPO then Clean Science & Technology is a better option for both long and short investors.

Clean Science & Technology has been the world’s largest producer of certain specialty chemicals as of December 21, 2020, and is the only company in the world that uses vapor-phase technology to produce enesol from phenol.

Rs 463 crore raised from anchor investors

Specialty chemical company Clean Science’s issue is scheduled to open on July 7. On July 6, a day before the issue opens, the company has raised Rs 463.98 crore from 41 anchor investors.

The company informed the exchange that it is in talks with merchant bankers. The company has issued 51,55,404 equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 900 per share.
