SBI
The country’s largest government bank has increased the minimum interest rates for home loans to 7.55 percent, which is applicable from Wednesday. The bank has taken this step after the Reserve Bank (RBI) hiked the repo rate by 50 basis points last week. In May also, RBI had increased the repo rate by 40 basis points.

Agrochemical major UPL said it has acquired 100 per cent stake in Punjab-based Kudos Chemi through its wholly owned subsidiary in the bankruptcy resolution process. The National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench gave its approval to the resolution plan of UPL submitted under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code for the revival of Kudos Chemi.
Usha Martin
Promoter entities Peterhouse Investments Limited and PACs have sold 63,000 equity shares in Usha Martin through open market transactions on June 14 and June 16. With this, his stake in the company has come down from 1.94 per cent to 1.91 per cent.
Jyothy Labs
Nalanda India Equity Fund has purchased 6.55 lakh equity shares in Jyothy Labs through open market transaction on June 14. With this, its stake in the company increased to 5.06 percent, from 4.88 percent earlier.
Indian Overseas Bank
Public sector bank Indian Overseas Bank said that the board has approved the capital plan for the financial year 2023. In the financial year 2023, the bank will raise Rs 1000 crore by issuing equity shares and Rs 1000 crore by issuing bonds.

NBCC (India) has achieved a total secured business of Rs 330.35 crore during May 2023.
